This is a series that starts on American TV soon. It is based on the 2018 novel of the same name written by Chris Bohjalian. So Cassandra Bowden (played by Kaley Cuoco) is a flight attendant, she wakes up after a heavy night out, with a hangover in Dubai. Next to her is a dead body! How did it get there? What happened last night? Cassie has no idea. She is too scared to call the police to report it, so tries to carry on her normal business, she meets the other flight attendants and the pilots bound for New York. Upon landing, she is taken and questioned by FBI agents about the events of the layover! Still unable to piece together the night, the thought of "did i do it?" go through her head.
This is an 8 part thriller that is being shown on the new HBO MAX channel. I do hope that a UK company pick this one up. I am guessing it could be a mix between Homecoming and the scenario in The Hangover movies. Lots of intrigue and mind-bending twists.
