Penny Dreadful - City Of Angels

Now I’m really looking forward to seeing how this Series plays out. I loved the original Penny Dreadful series with Josh Hartnett, Timothy Dalton and Eva Green. Now this one is set in 1938 in LA. This is a time a place that is deeply infused with American-Mexican folklore and social tension. With an exciting new cast including Natalie Dormer (GOT) and a host of others, that I’m sure you will recognise their faces and know you’ve seen them in other films or boxsets. This should be a good watch, hopefully full of tension, thrills and a little horror as it is based around the Devil. Now if you liked Penny Dreadful or Originals I dare say you will lap this one up too. Begins in US 26/04/20 and appears in the UK on 01/07/20
